The Speaker removed a State Affairs Committee referral and added a                                                              
Health & Social Services Committee referral for the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 46                                                                                                          
     "An Act allowing child care providers that receive state aid to                                                            
     organize and collectively bargain with the Department of Health;                                                           
     and establishing the child care provider fund."                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 46 is in the Labor & Commerce Committee with further referrals                                                               
to the Health & Social Services and Finance Committees.
